Rachel Pitzel’s Summer Treats Recipe
Lemonade (homemade or store bought)
Ice Pop Mold
Core strawberries, then muddle them in a bowl or blender; I use my Vitamix. Have kids tear the mint leaves from the stems.
Spoon some strawberry mixture into the ice pop molds with the handles in the mold, then add some mint, edible flowers, and blueberries. Alternate a few times until you reach the top of the mold. Kids can help add all of these ingredients!
Carefully fill each mold with lemonade until you reach the top. Before not to overfill, but also make sure you move the mixture around so there are no air pockets.
Freeze ice pops.
In a stemless wine glass (glass or plastic) or mason jar (glass or plastic) add ice cubes, then leftover strawberry mixture, mint and lemonade. Add some blueberries and edible flowers on top, and insert one sprig of rosemary.
